OPTIC TRENZ, is an eyewear business engaged in the sale and supply of prescription and fashion eyewear and related optical products (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Optic Trenz”, “Company” or “Our”, which expression shall mean and include its affiliates, successors and permitted assigns, as applicable).
Your (“You”, “Your”, “User” or “Customer”) use of the Platform (defined below) is subject to the notices, terms and conditions set forth in these Terms & Conditions.

Orders will be accepted and processed based on the information provided by You and subject to availability, verification and acceptance by Optic Trenz.
Orders may be processed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received or authorised.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided while placing an order, including Your name, contact details, delivery address, prescription information and other relevant details, is accurate and complete.
For prescription eyewear, Optic Trenz may verify the prescription information provided by You where reasonably necessary. We may also request additional information or clarification from You before processing the order.
Optic Trenz reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify an order where there is a pricing error, product availability issue, inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activity, prescription-related concern or any other legitimate reason.
Delivery and Cancellation of Products
Optic Trenz will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated delivery time communicated at the time of placing the order.
In general, Products may be delivered within 6 (six) working days depending on the Product, delivery location, prescription requirements and other applicable factors. Certain Products or customised/prescription Products may take longer and may require up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of order.
The estimated delivery time is indicative and may vary due to circumstances including product availability, customisation, prescription processing, logistics issues, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events or delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
Optic Trenz shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including delays in pickup, transportation or delivery by third-party logistics providers.
Cancellation of an order shall be subject to the applicable cancellation, return and refund policies of Optic Trenz.
Pricing and Payments
All Product prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice.
The final price payable by You will be displayed during the checkout process and may include applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges, where applicable.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. By making a payment, You agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
Optic Trenz does not store complete debit card, credit card or other payment instrument details unless expressly permitted and required for lawful business purposes.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate and up to date.
However, minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging or other visual characteristics may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations or changes made by manufacturers.
